1Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience on TutorArc. If you are not entirely happy with a course, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for course purchases.

2Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the course purchase date.
  • You must have consumed less than 20% of the course content.
  • You must not have downloaded any significant portion of the course materials.
  • You must not have already received a certificate of completion for the course.

3Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription plans (after the free trial period, if applicable).
  • Bundled courses (if any part of the bundle has been significantly consumed).
  • Courses purchased using certain promotional codes or during "Final Sale" events.

4How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at billing@tutorarc.com with your order number, the name of the course, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

5Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
